ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Facet Jewellers and Facet LTD honour a 28 Day Returns Policy with goods purchased online through our website . We aim to refund all returns within a reasonable amount of time, but we guarantee that all refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. If goods are not in a suitable condition to be refunded or returned for credit upon arrival, we will contact you. Refunds exclude the cost of delivery, return delivery is at your own expense.
How to return an order?
Return By Post
- Item(s) can be returned for a refund provided that they have NOT been worn and are (all goods and packaging) in the same condition that they were sold. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your order if you wish to do so. If the seal has been removed from a watch or a watch bracelet has been sized, returns will not be accepted.
- If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please email prior to sending.
- Please return the item(s) in original packaging and condition to our returns address within 28 days of delivery.

Facet Jewellers and Facet Ltd take no responsibility for the loss of any item(s) in transit during a return to us. We advise the use of registered mail or another insured and tracked postal service. Alternatively, you can return your items free of charge by hand in-store. Please make sure items are accompanied by proof of purchase. For more information, please email .

Goods purchased in December 2020 in our retail store in Dun Laoghaire, will be honoured with an extended returns policy to allow for store closures. We will honour all returns up to 15 May 2021. After this date, Christmas returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
